Located on the Rockaway Peninsula, St. John’s Episcopal Hospital is set to open a new Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) suite this summer.
As the basis of design, our team provided a 4,300 CFM Innovent Air Handling Equipment air handling unit to serve two neAw operating rooms on the 9th floor. This unit features direct-drive plenum fans, an enthalpy wheel, a Neptronic steam humidifier, and filters up to MERV-14.
First opened in 1905, St. John’s Episcopal Hospital provides comprehensive preventive, diagnostic treatment, and rehabilitative services to all Rockaways and Five Towns populations. We’re proud to contribute to the ongoing effort that equips this facility with state-of-the-art technologies.
