One Riverside Park, also known as Riverside Center Building K1, is a 35-story, 219-unit luxury condo tower with over 50,000 sqft of premier amenities that delivers a true upscale living experience and lifestyle.
This project was not only impressive in the numbers (900+ heat pumps provided!), but also in its unique story. To accommodate smaller space allocations we managed to develop a custom return-access panel, and for optimal dehumidification control and acoustics we also incorporated a 2-stage fan sequence.
Our project management team was really put to test with the sheer size of the project, but we handled it with professionalism. In fact, the project’s success led the developer to select us as the basis of design for another massive project at 250 South Street, where 1400 heat pumps were required!
