The building for PS 313, dubbed Sunnyside Elementary, was equipped with a high quality air conditioning system. The construction of Sunnyside Elementary included 20 classrooms including ones dedicated to art and science, a kitchen, gymnasium and library to be used for 432 students. To ensure the air conditioning system is both cost-effective for the school and quiet for the students, EJS provided 2 Innovent Air Handling Units and 1 Innovent Dedicated Outside Air Unit.
