Newly built in 2022, One Bellslip is a 30-story residential tower encompassing 414 premium units at the historic Greenpoint Landing in Brooklyn.
Our team provided 500 Omega vertical stacked heat pumps to meet its air conditioning goals. With tonnages from 3/4-ton to 2-ton, these units were flexibly applied throughout building based on different loads, delivering excellent climate control that helps define a healthy and brisk lifestyle in the tower.
