Located in Long Island City, this 42-floor tower holds 448 apartments, requiring a large list of equipment that is high quality, yet quiet and cost effective. As the quietest heat pumps on the market, a total of 814 Omega Vertical Stacked Heat Pumps were installed ranging from 3/4 to 3 tons. To complete the solution with consistent heating and cooling year round, 67 Daikin Console Heat Pumps, 1 1,100 CFM Daikin H&V unit, and 5 Valent 100% OA packaged units were installed.
As basis of design, EJS went above and beyond by providing protection during construction for flangeless return air panels.
