Hatch Life Sciences is a 214,000 sqft, cutting-edge lab building for future life science companies to thrive in the heart of Long Island City, Queens. We provided two modular Tandem chillers consisting of 23 air-cooled chiller modules to this building. Each module provides 26.74-ton mechanical cooling, adding up to 615 tons of total capacity for the life science facilities underneath.
