EJS New York provided the construction of Greenpoint Landing Tower 1 with high-end air conditioning system. The 30-story, 295,854 square-foot tower will house 373 residential units. To ensure a quiet atmosphere, EJS equipped Greenpoint Landing Tower 1 with 496 Omega Vertical Stacked Heat Pumps and 2 Valent Commercial 100%OA Water-Source Heat Pump Air Conditioning Units with Energy Recovery. As basis of design, EJS New York’s HVAC system will provide low-sound levels and energy efficiency for the entire building.
