City Point is the largest food, shopping and entertainment destination in downtown Brooklyn, comprising of retail, residential, and offices spaces. Strict space and schedule requirements were laid out, and EJS was chosen as basis of design to meet those needs. We provided an Epsilon packaged central plant as a modular solution to decrease installation time and limit interruption to business, saving money for the owners and tenants.
