Situated at 620 Pascack Road, this 76,700 sqft, two-story community building is Capitol Seniors Housing’s latest development purpose-built for adults needing assisted living and memory care. Exclusively representing Friedrich Air Conditioning VRP, we provided 77 of those units for the building’s 85 residential units. Friedrich VRP is the best option in this case as it brings VRF performance along with single package simplicity, eliminating the complexities of refrigerant lines and ductwork. As each unit offers up to 130 CFM make-up air, we were also able to drastically reduce the capacity of DOAS system.
