EJS New York equipped the 843 Lexington Avenue construction with a high quality air conditioning system. The 31,000 square-foot building is home to 38 residential units and 2,000 square-feet of retail space. As basis of design, EJS provided one Valent Packaged Air Conditioning Unit to provide the building with improved air quality.
