EJS was chosen as basis of design to provide this 11-floor, 44-residence building with a reliable, high-quality air conditioning solution. 132 Omega Vertical Stacked Heat Pumps, ranging from ¾ ton to 2 ton, and one 10 ton Valent 100% OA Factory Assembled DX Packaged AC Unit were installed to give residents a quiet, efficient system for heating and cooling. We also integrated the 3rd generation Nest thermostats with our heat pumps, a stepping stone towards smart homes that learns your schedule and preferences to save money when rooms are empty.
