The Hall located at 47 Hall St is an adaptive reuse building in the historic Wallabout, Brooklyn. Originally built in 1889, it has now been transformed into a business complex where talents and thoughts from a myriad of industries converge and interact.
When one of the buildings was in need of a boiler plant, we worked closely with Epsilon and provided a packaged solution that houses three Lochinvar condensing hot water boilers rated at 3000MBH each. Right next to the plant to complete the setup is a 3-cell cooling tower from BAC. Even if future tenants won’t usually see what we’ve done here, we hope what we delivered can help create an atmosphere that maximizes comfort, productivity, and purpose inside this historic construction.
