NYU’s renovation of this 500,000 square foot building will serve as an innovation space for students in tech and engineering fields, as well as housing class rooms and offices. EJS was chosen as basis of design to meet the building’s variety of needs. Five Haakon DOAS were installed, 4 at 30,000 CFM and 1 at 15,000 CFM, as a custom, retrofit solution for the space.
