EJS New York provided 30 East 31st Street with a high-end fan coil unit solution. The 71,500 square-foot, 40-story building houses 48 condominiums and needed a fan coil unit quiet enough to not disturb residents while providing the highest of air quality. To meet the needs, EJS equipped the construction with 199 First Company Four-Pipe Hydronic Fan-Coil Units. The fan coil units will ensure 30 East 31st Street has a long-lasting air conditioning and heating solution for the residential building.
