Rising 19 stories with 72 units, this apartment complex needed a high quality, quiet, efficient HVAC system to keep its renters comfortable year-round. To fulfill those goals, EJS was chosen as basis of design, providing 265 Omega Hi-Rise Heat Pumps and 47 Water Source Heat Pumps. These two-stage units typically operate at low compressor and fan speeds resulting in even quieter operation, very low energy consumption, and uniform air temperatures.
