EJS New York provided 101 West 78th Street complex with a high quality air conditioning system. Built in 1886, the 8-story building is home to 21 residential units. As basis of design, EJS equipped the building’s renovation with one Innovent Factory-Assembled DX Packaged Air Conditioning Unit and five Valent Factory-Assembled DX Packaged Air Conditioning Units. The renovated HVAC system will provide a high end and energy efficient air conditioning solution for the residential building.
