The owners of this 12-floor luxury condo building selected EJS as basis of design to provide a high-end, quiet HVAC solution. To keep air fresh within the buildings, a small portion of untreated outside air is brought in using one 8 ton Valent 100% OA Factory-Assembled DX Packaged WSHP Unit. 119 Omega Vertical Stacked Heat Pumps (ranging from ¾ ton – 2.5 ton) and 7 Daikin Horizontal Ducted Heat Pumps (ranging from ½ ton – 10 ton) complete the design. This equipment is known for its reliability, ease of maintenance, and most importantly, quiet operation.
