EJS New York provided the renovation of 10 Bond Street with an updated VRF system. The 34,000 square-foot building needed a high-end VRF system with a quick turn-around time. EJS equipped the renovation with a Panasonic VRF Residential Split System. The VRF system will ensure the building has an energy saving, easy installation and high efficiency performance unit that is also quiet enough to not disturb residents.
