Located on West 137th Street, New York City Public Health Lab’s new 240,000 sqft building will further enhance the city’s capability to protect the health of all New Yorkers. When completed, this new lab will replace the existing outdated facility in Kips Bay and allow for testing and services for a wider range of clinical concerns.
Our team supplied the building with 24 Haakon custom air handling units. Each unit is equipped with ECM fan arrays, MERV filters, and was strictly factory-tested for performance and reliability. Installed across four different floors, these units will serve perfectly conditioned air to the whole building.
