The Rockwell is a 13-story residential building located at 2686 Broadway in Upper West Manhattan.
To provide a quiet air conditioning system that also precisely controls indoor climate for its 81 condo units, we provided a total of 11 Lennox VRB heat recovery units. Paired with Mode Selection Boxes, this system is capable of moving heat from spaces requiring cooling into spaces requiring heating, thus offering heating and cooling within the building while pushing SCHE efficiencies up to 32.8.
