Built in 2007, this glass-enclosed residential tower features 199 units across 37 stories. Working closely with Cosentini Associates, LCOR, Plaza Construction and United Air Conditioning, we provided a total of 513 Omega vertical stacked heat pumps that were and have always been one of the most efficient and quietest heat pumps on the market. Combining superior indoor comfort with the vibrant outdoor Chelsea neighborhood, that’s how we ensured each tenant could embrace their distinct lifestyle to the fullest.
As our principal Jason Eitel recalls, “The key to the job’s success was highly detailed and comprehensive project management. We carefully supervised all subcontractors and aspects of the design, selection, and installation from hoist times, unit deliveries, to furring details and commissioning. This still holds true for everything we do today.”
