First built in the 1920s as an automotive showroom and repair facility of Chrysler, the 7-story building at 125 West End Avenue has now been redeveloped as West End Labs, a state-of-the-art R&D hub purpose-built for a new generation of scientific discoveries and achievements.
We are proud to have supplied four 68,000 CFM Haakon Industries Ltd. custom air handling units to this building. Designed to deliver 2 air changes per hour for office spaces and up to 8 air changes per hour for labs, these AHUs not only meet stringent ventilation codes but also play a vital role in enhancing IAQ and supporting occupant wellness.
