A true honor of ours! After 4 years of hard work, it is finally time to celebrate the completion of Stevens Institute of Technology project, lead by its alumni Mike and Tristan! When this private research school added two new landmark towers for student dorms and other recreational and office spaces, we were selected as the basis of design of the HVAC system.
The first challenge of this project was choosing high quality equipment within the project budget that would also work on limited mechanical and roof space, so our HVAC experts went through multiple iterations of design and finally arrived on a solution that includes a number of our iconic products such as Omega heat pumps, Valent RTUs, Innovent RTUs and other highly customized units. During construction, we were then all unfortunately impacted by the COVID pandemic which created supply chain issues across all industries. But we still managed to work with the construction team and ensured all equipment was commissioned on time, through careful consideration on lead time and labor availability.
