EJS New York provided One Columbus Place with high-end air conditioning solution. The 51-story, residential building needed an HVAC system quiet enough as to not disturb it’s occupants. As basis of design, EJS equipped the renovation with 3 Omega Vertical Stacked Heat Pumps, ranging from 2-tons to 3-tons. The Omega heat pumps are designed to be quiet and energy-efficient, a perfect fit for this residential building. EJS was able to work through issues surrounding release coordination, ensuring the highest quality system for One Columbus Place.
