Mercy College

EJS New York provided the Mercy College renovation with an energy efficient air conditioning solution. To replace the outdated system, EJS equipped the college with one Valent Packaged Rooftop Unit with Energy Recovery. Constructed with premium features, the Valent Rooftop Unit is designed to reduce energy consumption, increase control over occupant comfort, and serve as a long lasting air quality control system. EJS was able to work through issues with the final temperature control sequence coordination, ensuring the highest quality air control for the 10,000 students and 210 professors the college houses.
