Built by Toll Brothers and comprised of two residential buildings, Brooklyn Bridge Park Pierhouse needed a quiet heat pump system to complement its premier living experience for its 106 units and amenities.
We provided over 400 Omega Vertical Stacked Heat Pumps (3/4-ton to 3-ton) and 4 Valent rooftop DOAS to accomplish this goal. Thanks to the outstanding work of CPN Machanical, Dagher Engineering and Hudson Meridian Construction Group, these units are now delivering comfortable, quiet and efficient climate control while ensuring sufficient ventilation and great servicability.
