This 18-floor, 290,000 sqft building is comprised of rental and retail space, and required a quality HVAC system with a tight budget. EJS provided them with 608 Omega Vertical Stacked Heat Pumps, ranging from 1.5-2 tons, and one ¾ ton Daikin Console Unit. Despite loading dock restrictions, we were able to coordinate the project to finish on time and under budget.
