EJS New York provided a new HVAC system for 591 3rd Avenue, dubbed “The Lindley.” The 96,166 sqaure-foot building rises 20-stories and will encompass 4,231 square-feet of retail space along with 74 residential units. To provide a high-end VRF system, EJS equipped the building with a Panasonic VRF Residential Split System. The VRF system will ensure The Lindley has an energy saving, easy installation and high efficiency performance unit that is also quiet enough to not disturb residents.
