EJS New York provided the two-building construction of 435 East 13th Street with a new HVAC system. Together, the buildings are composed of 135,186 square-feet; the lower 8,700 square-feet are reserved for retail space, while the rest make up residential units. EJS equipped the buildings with 193 IslandAire Packaged Terminal Air Conditioning Units and Valent 100%OA Factory-Assembled DX Packaged Rooftop Units to provide a high quality, residential air conditioning system.
