Surrounded by the waterfront esplanade park along the Gowanus Canal, the 12-story 365 Bond consists of 430 residential units and is envisioned as an urban oasis – with a large scale interior garden courtyard and a number of green rooftop terraces.
On the air side, we partnered with Demar Mechanical, Lettire Construction Corp., and Ventrop Engineering Consulting Group, PLLC and provided 350 Omega vertical stacked heat pumps to this building, helping create an indoor atmosphere where every resident can simply breathe easy.
