EJS was chosen as the basis of design for this newly constructed hi-rise, reaching 63 floors with a total of 483 apartments. In this busy area of Manhattan, it was of great importance to coordinate timely delivery and installation of all equipment and have the system be cost-effective for the residents. To achieve these goals, EJS provided the following:
- 798 Omega Vertical Stacked Heat Pumps – ranging from ¾ -Ton – 2-Ton
- 30 Horizontal/Vertical Ducted Heat Pumps – ranging from ½ -Ton – 5-Ton
- 4 Valent 100% OA Factor-Assembled DX Packaged AC Units – ranging from 20-Ton – 30-Ton
With this design, we were able to save space and provide the owners with savings over the life of the equipment, due to its high energy efficiency and ease of maintenance.
